Payment Improvements
This week, we've been improving the payment experience.
We identified that customers were facing difficulties when upgrading from Starter to Pro, or conversely downgrading or canceling subscriptions.
Applied Prorations to Subscriptions
When upgrading in the middle of a subscription, a new subscription would start and new charges would be applied. However, this meant you would pay new fees without fully utilizing the features you paid for in your existing subscription. So now, when you upgrade your subscription plan in the middle of a billing cycle, we proportionally charge based on the time you used each plan.

Enhanced Billing Menu
You can now upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from the billing menu. To cancel your subscription, click Manage Subscription.
Until now, upgrade modals only appeared when trying to use locked features, making it difficult to upgrade your plan. Now it's accessible from the billing menu.
Additionally, you can now view invoices in the billing menu without external links.
