What stores do you deliver to?
80+ destinations including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, SoundCloud, Pandora, Anghami, and most regional services. Beatport delivery is available by manual request for eligible electronic music labels.
How long until my music goes live?
Most stores process releases in 2 to 5 business days. Spotify and Apple Music are usually the fastest. Submit at least 2 weeks before your release date so editorial teams have time to consider it for playlists.
What does “Keep 100% of your royalties” mean?
Every active paid plan keeps 100% of the royalties NotNoise receives from streaming services. We do not take a commission on standard streaming or download royalties. Stores, payment processors, taxes, and our distribution partner may deduct their own fees before royalties reach NotNoise; that part is industry-standard and the same across every distributor.
What happens to my releases if I cancel?
Cancellation starts a 30-day grace period where your music stays live and you can reactivate at any time. Before grace ends you have three options: reactivate your plan and keep everything as is, move into Catalog Mode (releases stay live with an 85/15 royalty split when your catalog earns enough royalties to cover hosting), or pay the Keep-Live Fee at $19/year for up to 10 live tracks. If none of those happen, we schedule a takedown from the stores. Smart links you created stay reachable independently.
Do I keep my rights and masters?
Yes. NotNoise never takes ownership of your recordings or compositions. Leave anytime, take everything with you.
What is YouTube Content ID, and why is it on Max?
Content ID claims royalties when other people use your music in their YouTube uploads. It needs rights review and ongoing dispute handling, so we include it on Max and Team rather than every plan.
What are TikTok and Meta UGC monetization?
When fans use your music in their TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook videos, you can collect a share of the ad revenue. Available on Max and Team.
Can I move releases from another distributor?
Yes. Take them down from your current distributor first so the listings do not duplicate. Then re-upload through NotNoise and we deliver the same release IDs (ISRCs and UPCs) when you provide them.
What file formats do you accept?
WAV at 16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher. Artwork at 3000 by 3000 pixels minimum, JPG or PNG, square, no logos or URLs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so nothing in flight gets interrupted.
Why is the yearly plan “4 months free”?
Pay for 8 months, get 12. Yearly Pro is $72/year instead of $9/month times 12 over the same period. The same idea applies on Max ($152/year) and Team ($360/year).
