What are Pre-Release Campaigns?
Pre-release campaigns let fans sign up to be notified when your upcoming music drops. You capture their email, and we send them a notification with links to stream your music on release day. This drives first-day streams and helps you build your mailing list. Pre-release campaigns are included with Pro, Max, and Team plans.
Why is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Upgrade instantly from your billing portal and start using new features right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.

What happens when I hit the 3-link limit on Free?
You can delete an older link to free up space, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited links ($9/month or $97/year).
If I downgrade to Free later, do my links keep working?
Yes, but within Free limits. Your 3 most recent links stay active. Links beyond that are archived but not deleted. Upgrade again to reactivate them instantly.
What's included in the Team plan?
Team includes 3 artist seats by default, and you can add more seats anytime. It's built for managers, labels, or collectives who need shared dashboards, plus all Max features: custom domains, tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google), no watermarks, lowest Smart Ads fees (10%), and 25% off Playlist Pitching.
How does Smart Ads pricing work?
We charge a platform fee on each campaign: Free users pay 20%, Pro pays 15%, Max and Team pay just 10%. The rest of your budget goes directly to Meta ads. You control the spend, we handle the creative and targeting.
What payment methods do you accept?
