Community Manager Intern (Music)

Location: Madrid preferred. Hybrid.

Duration: 6 months, part-time/full-time (potential to extend)

About NotNoise

At NotNoise, we believe independent musicians deserve the same marketing power as major labels without needing the label. We’re building an all-in-one platform that empowers artists with tools to break through the noise, grow their audiences, and earn a living.

Our platform combines smart links, playlist promotion, AI-powered ad tools, fan engagement, and deep analytics, helping musicians navigate an industry where digital oversaturation has become the biggest barrier to success.

Community Manager Intern

As a Community Manager Intern at NotNoise, you will work closely with the founder to:

  • Build and manage a social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Write copy and publish posts, stories, and basic landing pages
  • Produce and edit short-form video and visual assets using Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar tools
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments and DMs, spotlight artists, and seed conversations
  • Support growth initiatives like influencer outreach and content partnerships
  • Do light analytics and reporting on content performance and propose improvements
  • Assist with basic email marketing and publishing blog or help-center content as needed

This internship gives you a hands-on view of music marketing in the music ecosystem, combining creativity with data-driven execution.
