Running into trouble? Here are solutions to the most common issues our users face.

My track is not showing up

New releases can take up to 24 hours to appear in search. Try pasting the direct Spotify link instead of searching by name. Make sure the track is actually live on Spotify first.

Slug already taken

Each smart link needs a unique URL. Try adding your artist name or a number to make it unique. For example, instead of "new-song", try "artistname-new-song".

Analytics not updating

Analytics update in near real-time, but there can be a few minutes delay. If you do not see recent traffic after 30 minutes, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Cannot connect Spotify artist

Make sure you are searching for the exact artist name as it appears on Spotify. If you have a common name, scroll through the results to find the right profile. Check that you have music published under that artist name.
